1. Overview

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase of summer camp sessions offered by Echo and Grow ("we", "us", or "our") through our website or any authorized registration platform. By purchasing a camp session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment platform. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment information.

3. Registration and Confirmation

Your registration is considered complete once:

  • Full payment is processed via Stripe.

  • You receive a confirmation email from us with camp details.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at echoandgrow@gmail.com.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the camp start date: Full refund (minus any processing fees).

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before camp start: No refunds.

To cancel, email us at echoandgrow@gmail.com with your registration details.

5. Camp Modifications or Cancellations by Us

We may modify or cancel sessions due to low enrollment, health/safety issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or credit.

6. Camper Conduct

Campers must follow all rules and show respect to staff and fellow participants. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

7. Liability Waiver

By registering, you accept that participation may involve inherent risks. Echo and Grow is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses except those resulting from our gross negligence.

8. Privacy

We only collect the information necessary to register and serve campers safely. See our Privacy Policy for more.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated. All changes will be posted at echoandgrow.com, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
